I’ve got another ParlayPlay entry to cash $1,200 if we win. I’ve been hitting some nice payout entries on daily fantasy sports recently and I hope you guys have been following.

ParlayPlay is relatively new. It’s similar to PrizePicks and Underdog Fantasy, but as I always say, the more betting platforms, the better. If you haven’t signed up already, be sure to do so using the code ‘ODDSJAM’ for a $100 deposit match.

Before we get into today’s picks, be sure to watch this video below, where I break down my sharp betting strategies at ParlayPlay:

Pick #1: Chase Silseth Over 3.5 Strikeouts

I found this play using the OddsJam Positive EV tool, which is one of my favorite for finding sharp bets consistently. Take a look at the value we are getting on this strikeout prop:

As you can see here, the sportsbooks are heavily favoring this over with an average odds of -132. Pinnacle, one of the sharpest sportsbooks in the world, has this play at -157. At ParlayPlay, however, we are getting this prop for -114 in our five-leg entry. That’s great value in comparison to the rest of the market.

I treat every sportsbook like a data point, or in other words, as information. In this example here, the other sportbooks are telling me that they believe Silseth will have more than 3.5 strikeouts. I’m not going to try and outsmart them, but instead take that knowledge and find the best possible odds, in this case a Positive EV bet from ParlayPlay.

ParlayPlay is a fixed payout platform, similar to PrizePicks and Underdog. This means that they do not change your payout if you choose over or under. In our example, we’d be doing ourself a disservice by taking Silseth’s under at -114, since other sportbsooks have this at plus-money.

In order to be profitable long term at ParlayPlay, you need to be winning your bets more than 53.2% of the time. Most bettors will win around 50%, since that’s the winning probability of most over/under player props. Without betting with an edge, you’re extremely unlikely to win higher than that threshold.

Data runs the world and it should run your sportsbook accounts.
