Sharp YRFI Betting Pick for MLB Action on June 24, 2023

I’m back at Fliff for another sharp betting pick and for this one, we won’t have to wait long to find out if we won or not. Today, I’ll be taking a YRFI (Yes Run First Inning) at one of the most hitter-friendly ballparks in the league.

YRFI Pick: Angels vs. Rockies

We’re headed to Coors Field for this YRFI pick and there is clear value on Fliff for this pick. This play comes from the OddsJam Positive EV page, which is one of the tools that has helped me become a very profitable sports bettor.

As you can see, many of the other sportsbooks have this bet for nearly -200. Pinnacle and BetOnline, two of the sharpest sportsbooks, have odds significantly higher than what we are getting at Fliff.

Coors Field is one of the most hitter-friendly parks, as the high-altitude in Denver allows for baseballs to travel farther after being hit. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that the Angels have two of the best home-run hitters in baseball in Shohei Ohtani and Mike Trout.

The Positive EV tool is so valuable because it provides betting picks that beat the vig and allows us to compare odds in the market. In our example here, we’ve got a play that is Positive EV and the sharpest books are telling us they expect there to be at least one run in this one.

Let’s see if either the Angels or the Rockies can secure us some cash in quick fashion.
