The Philadelphia 76ers had a chance to pull it off at home in Game 6, but they blew it…
Luckily, that’s good news for us – we now have a Game 7 to bet on. In this betting preview, I’m going to run through my sharp & early picks for Game 7 of Celtics vs 76ers on Sunday, May 14.
Pick #1: Under 203.5 Points in 76ers vs Celtics at -110 Odds on Fliff Sportsbook
My first NBA pick for Game 7 of 76ers vs Celtics is in the “Total Points” betting market. I’m on the under 203.5 at -110 odds on Fliff. I found this sharp bet on OddsJam Positive EV (pick in green/bold = profitable).
This Positive EV Betting Tool is easy to use – you just hit the pick in bold & green. In the screenshot above, you’d want to bet the under 203.5 total points on Fliff sportsbook at -110 odds. That’s the profitable bet with a mathematical edge.
As sharp sports bettors, we’re always looking for value (e.g. an “edge”) in the market. Once Game 6 of Celtics vs 76ers ended, sportsbooks immediately began to post odds for Game 7.
As seen in the OddsJam line movement chart above, all of the early betting action came in on the under. The under 205 total points moved from -127 to -149 odds over the course of a few hours.
However, Fliff was asleep at the wheel… Even though other sportsbooks ripped the total lower, the odds didn’t budge at all on Fliff. They were “stale” and didn’t adjust their lines with the rest of the betting market.
I locked in the under 203.5 total points at -110 odds for $250, which is the maximum betting limit allowed on Fliff. However, I wanted more exposure to the under on Fliff, as they were offering way too much value.
As seen in the screenshots below, I also bet the under 204.5 and under 202.5 total points.
