Thursday Night Football

Titans vs. Packers (-3)

Thursday, Nov. 17 | 8:15 p.m. ET

Are we sure that the Packers are back after one victory? Admittedly, it was an impressive win over the Cowboys, but I’m not ready to let one week erase a five-game stretch in which the Packers were dreadful.

The Titans have gone 6-1 since starting 0-2, and their only loss was in OT to the Chiefs in a game where Malik Willis started due to an injury to Ryan Tannehill, and Willis was incapable of completing a single pass to a wide receiver in that game. Give me the Titans.

Titans vs. Packers Pick: Titans +3.5 | -118 at BetRivers

Early Sunday NFL Slate

Bears vs. Falcons (-3.5)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

I legitimately have no idea what to do with either of these teams. Justin Fields has had an incredible run for the Bears the past month or so, but the Bears are also 1-4 in their last five games. So, it hasn’t exactly translated to wins.

The Falcons, meanwhile, laid an egg of epic proportions on Thursday night against the Panthers when we last saw them. I’ll take the 3.5 points with the Bears and move on with my life.

Bears vs. Falcons Pick: Bears +3.5 | -115 at DraftKings

Panthers vs. Ravens (-12.5)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

I have a steadfast rule when it comes to betting on sports. If Baker Mayfield plays, fade that team.

With Panthers QB P.J. Walker out for this game with a sprained ankle, Mayfield, who has been among the worst QBs we have ever seen this year, will get the start. We’re taking the Ravens by a million.

Panthers vs. Ravens Pick: Ravens -12 | -107 at PointsBet

Browns vs. Bills (-8)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

The Bills are now on a two-game losing streak, after losing one of the weirdest games you’ll ever see last week against the Vikings. The Bills also had a double-digit second half lead in both of those games as well.

Meanwhile, the Browns are in a rut of their own, losers of four of their last five games. I’m not overly confident in this one, but concerns over Josh Allen’s elbow give me enough pause to ride with the Bills, so I’ll take the points with the Browns.

Browns vs. Bills Pick: Browns +8.5 | -113 at BetRivers

Commanders (-3) vs. Texans

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

This game has let-down game written all over it for the Commanders. They won an impressive but somewhat flukey victory over the Eagles last week in Philly, and celebrated as though they won the Super Bowl.

This team is definitely worlds better with Taylor Heinicke as the QB as opposed to Carson Wentz, but it is unlikely they’ll play with the same energy against this lowly Texans team. Commanders win an ugly one that the Texans cover.

Commanders vs. Texans Pick: Texans +3.5 | -115 at DraftKings

Eagles (-6.5) vs. Colts

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

Speaking of the Eagles, it will be interesting to see how they bounce back from their first loss of the season. They have legitimate concerns over replacing Dallas Goedert, who is out with a shoulder injury, as well as their shoddy run defense against Jonathan Taylor, but they should be able to take care of business against this Colts train-wreck.

I know the Colts won their first game with Jeff Saturday last week, but that was against an even bigger train-wreck in the Raiders.

Eagles vs. Colts Pick: Eagles -6.5 | -107 at PointsBet

Jets vs. Patriots (-3)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

Both of these teams had a bye last week, so it is easy to forget that in the Jets last game they came back from down double-digits to defeat the Bills. I still could not be more out on Jets QB Zach Wilson, but we have seen enough from the Jets and specifically their defense to know that they are a legit team.

This game should be a close, low-scoring one (over/under is only 39), so I’ll take the points with the Jets.

Jets vs. Patriots Pick: Jets +3.5 | -120 at FanDuel

Rams vs. Saints (-4)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

The Rams, who literally just won the Super Bowl, are four point underdogs to a 3-7 Saints team. Yikes.

Granted, the Rams will be without All-Pro WR Cooper Kupp in this game, and could possibly be without starting QB Matthew Stafford too. Stafford missed last week with a concussion, and is currently questionable to suit up this week as of the time of this writing.

Also, the Rams stink.

Rams vs. Saints Pick: Saints -3.5 | -110 at Tipico

Lions vs. Giants (-3)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 1 p.m. ET

The Lions have now won two straight games, while the Giants keep on winning games where they don’t look particularly impressive. The Giants have still yet to win a game by more than one score, despite being 7-2. They only have a point differential on the year of +14.

So, this is all to say that the Giants win but keep games close, which lends me to take the points with the Lions.

Lions vs. Giants Pick: Lions +3 | +100 at PointsBet

Late Afternoon Sunday Slate

Raiders vs. Broncos (-2.5)

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 4:05 p.m. ET

Here is a fun fact: If the Broncos had scored exactly 18 points in regulation of every game this season, they would be 8-1.

Here is another fun fact: The only game in which the Broncos have scored more than 21 points is against these Raiders, who just lost to the Colts. The Raiders are the only team in which I would trust the Broncos offense to do literally anything remotely positive.

Raiders vs. Broncos Pick: Broncos -2.5 | -107 at PointsBet

Cowboys (-1) vs. Vikings

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 4:25 p.m. ET

The Vikings, similar to the Giants, continue to win games despite not playing well. The Vikings are 8-1, and only one of their wins has come by more than one score, which was Week 1 against the Packers.

The Cowboys, meanwhile, just lost to that Packers team that was in the midst of a five-game losing streak. The Vikings can’t keep playing the way they are and continue to win games, while I like the Cowboys to bounce back in this one.

Cowboys vs. Vikings Pick: Cowboys -1 | -109 at BetRivers

Bengals (-4.5) vs. Steelers

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 4:25 p.m. ET

With T.J. Watt back in the lineup, the Steelers are a completely different defense. He returned last week for the first time since Week 1, and unsurprisingly the Steelers only gave up 10 points.

Speaking of that Week 1 game, Joe Burrow was sacked seven times in that game, and threw four interceptions. Now it is unlikely to be that bad for the Bengals offense in this one, but I am still projecting them to struggle. Give me the points with the Steelers here.

Bengals vs. Steelers Pick: Steelers +5 | -107 at PointsBet

Sunday Night Football

Chiefs (-6.5) vs. Chargers

Sunday, Nov. 20 | 8:20 p.m. ET

The poor Chargers have become absolutely decimated by injuries as the season has progressed. Their already weak defensive line just lost two more contributors last week against the 49ers. This is on top of already losing their starting LT, top CB, and top two WRs to injury as well.

I have a hard time seeing the Chargers stopping the Chiefs in this one, and their offense is so banged up they will have a tough time keeping up. I’ll lay the points here with the Chiefs.

Chiefs vs. Chargers Pick: Chiefs -6.5 | -110 at DraftKings

Monday Night Football

49ers (7.5) vs. Cardinals

Monday, Nov. 21 | 8:15 p.m. ET

Congrats are in order for the Cardinals, who managed to beat a depleted Rams team last week missing their starting QB. But, now that the calendar has hit November, it is time to fade the Cardinals, who have been horrific to end seasons every year head coach Kliff Kingsbury has been in Arizona.

Regardless of whether QB Kyler Murray returns for this game or not, the 49ers are the play on Monday night.

49ers vs. Cardinals Pick: 49ers -7.5 | -115 at BetMGM
